Learning to express ourselves through writing is not only a skill, but a pathway to freedom in the form of expressing ourselves without boundaries. Tapping into the subconscious is key to find the deeper part of ourselves and where true creative expression resides. As a script and song writer, published author (Conscious Living and Phenomenal Woman) and personal performance coach, digging deep in order to create compelling and motivational books is literally my job and also the tool that allows me to write my best work and also become my greater self.

As a performance coach and writing tutor I teach creativity and work to help others express their thoughts in a beautifully descriptive way. Whether you would like to journal, write novels, poetry, songs, essays, speeches or just words for fun, these classes will give you the tools to start, elevate and thrive, not only with your writing technique, but in yourselves personally.
