Gratitude and generosity are both characteristics of an open heart.
When the heart centre is open, we feel expanded and calm. We can also give and receive without fear of being hurt or of not having enough. This creates a better world for all.
Come join me for 4 weeks of Kundalini Yoga and meditation focusing on opening the heart centre, and on the practices of gratitude and giving.
In this course, we will focus on:
-Moving through difficult emotions such as fear, anger and sadness unto the expansiveness and neutrality of the heart centre.
-Invigorating the heart so it can stay open.
-Practicing gratitude and giving in our daily lives.
All are welcome. For a better experience, wear comfortable clothing and bring an exercise mat, towel, etc. to sit and/or lie on.
