Moving your Qi and Health into Wellness
Baduanjin (also called Eight-Section Brocades) is one of the forms of traditional Chinese Qigong exercises which has a history of more than 1000 years. In this class we will also include a section to help clear blocked energy and open our channels.
🌟There are many health related benefits that a regular Qigong Practice has to offer its practitioners, and as little as 15 minutes a day - including improved energy, vitality, bone density, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and longevity to name a few. Also, a great practice for reducing blood pressure, cancer support, thyroid issues, back pain, arthritis, and more, give it a try and see for yourself.
