This is a workshop to help those who are wishing to learn how to meditate, or if you do try to meditate and can't get into the right state, and for those who cannot focus.
I will be focusing more on the participation of students as opposed to going into a long talk on the theory side of meditation.
So please be prepared when you come to class, make sure you are grounded and protected, and that ensure that you will be uninterrupted for approximately 2hrs duration.
