This gentle restorative Yoga class is done while lying down and works every part of your body. For proper posture, a meditation cushion should be used during meditation. The magic of this class is combining the breath with every movement. As we focus on the body and the breath, the mind settles down, and by the end of class, we can sit in meditation. This class will energize you for the day ahead or ensure a peaceful night's sleep if done in the evening.
