This will be a 15-30 minute class on A Daily Meditation for Calming.
For those days when you are drowning in the myriad details of life, an uplifted and broader perspective is needed. You can learn to train your mind and breath to slow down and serve a much needed, calmer state. In this short class, we practice yoga techniques that down-regulate your nervous system, and visualize a way through the storm. Props needed are blanket, towel or cushion for seated floor positions.
