If you are able to have your plant, whether dried or fresh, with you during this class it will amplify your experience. A picture of the plant or its essential oil will also suffice. Be prepared to be very comfortable. Have your journal on hand and any other crystals, spiritual tools, etc. to make it the best experience possible for you.
